Welcome to Superknown ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or signing a proposal/agreement with Superknown, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Superknown operates as a full-service creative, brand strategy, digital marketing, and visual content agency. Technology infrastructure and automated web solutions are delivered in strategic partnership with Paul Business Solutions (PBS).
Superknown provides client solutions including but not limited to:
Detailed project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals or Master Service Agreements (MSA).
Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, all preliminary concepts, unselected visual iterations, draft brand mark designs, and raw source assets remain the intellectual property of Superknown.
Upon full and final payment of all project fees, the final approved visual assets and custom deliverables will be transferred to the client for full commercial use. Superknown retains the right to feature completed works in company portfolios, case studies, and promotional channels unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
The client is responsible for providing clear creative briefs, brand assets, product samples, copy approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. The client warrants that all text, logos, trademarks, images, and content provided to Superknown are legally owned or licensed by the client.
Services are billed on a milestone or retainer basis as set forth in individual proposals. Advance retainer deposits are non-refundable once project kickoff and research have commenced. Final deliverable handovers and website deployments are subject to receipt of clear funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Superknown and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad platform policies, social media algorithm shifts, third-party server downtime, or market fluctuations.
